CHAT GUIDELINES

Sun Bingo has 31 moderated chat rooms. Our chat rooms are a great way for you to chat and have fun when playing.

These rules form part of our Terms and Conditions that we ask each player to agree to when joining the site. 

We want to ensure the Chat Rooms are warm and welcoming to new and existing players. Anyone who breaks the rules may be removed and banned from chat by a moderator for 72 hours.

Our aim here at Sun Bingo is to provide chat rooms where players can have fun as well as feeling safe in a friendly atmosphere. Although the Chat Moderators are always on hand to offer gentle reminders to anyone who may break the rules, we feel it is important to have a set of rules listed on the site for players to read if they wished.

We created the list by taking feedback from the players and we hope that the majority of players will support the rules, which we have listed below. Please can we ask that all players observe the following chat room rules.
If a CM feels that the content of chat is unsuitable they have the power to remove them from the facility.


The Chat Room Rules:
No indecent or foul language.
Keep your identity secret!!! Do not give out your full name, address, telephone number or email address, or any other information that could help someone discover your true identity.
Choose a nickname in good taste! If you choose anything offensive we will ask you to change it.
Have respect for the CM’s authority.
Players should not harass, slander, abuse or threaten CM’s or other players. See it - report it! support@tombola.co.uk.
Players should not promote other websites or companies in the chat room.
No children - this site is for over 18s only.
Racist statements are strictly not allowed in any of our chat rooms and could result in your account being closed.
Sexual Content – Any chat of a sexual nature that may cause offence to others could result in the people being removed instantly from chat.
Drug Use Content – All promotion of drug related activities are not allowed in the rooms. However you are allowed to debate such a subject, providing it does not offend others.
Other forbidden chat – promotion of any illegal activities such as hacking, sex talk, stalking, gang activities are also deemed unacceptable and can result in being permanently removed from the site.
Maintain a friendly chat room by respecting others and by assisting and welcoming new chatters.
By using the chat room, you grant us a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, display and transmit such information in any and all media without any duty to account to you as a player.
Don't use capital letters in Chat - it is seen as SHOUTING.
A CM’s decision is final.

CHAT GAMES
We have over 60 Chat Moderators (CM's) who are there to manage the chat rooms, run quizzes and answer your questions. 
Be the first person to answer a question and the CM will reward you with £1.00. The decision of the CM is final. 
You can win up to £2 per day with chat games, when you reach this level an asterisk (*) will appear by your username in the chat window. 
Each 24-hour period will begin at 4am and the asterisk will then disappear.
