What will I receive and how will I receive it? 

Once the player has deposited and spent £20 or more on Bingo tickets, and Bingo games are completed, they will receive a £80 Bingo Bonus. The bonus will be credited to the “Bonus Balance” section of the account.

You must accept the Bingo bonus via a pop-up message after logging into the Bingo Lobby. The bonuses must be accepted within 3 days.

What do I need to wager before I can withdraw any winnings from my bonuses?

Once you are eligible for the bonus, you have 3 days to accept and use it and complete the wagering requirements.

Players are required to wager Bingo Bonus amount 4 (four) times. You must wager £320 to meet the wagering requirements. If wagering has not been completed within 7 days, the entire bonus (bonus + pending winnings) shall be removed.

You are entitled to withdraw your real cash balance and winnings derived from your real cash balance at any time. However, if the bonus has not been staked within 3 days, then players will forfeit the bonus.

How are my funds used?  

When you play a game on which you can use your Bingo bonus, you will wager funds in the following order:

  1. Cash – Real money from any deposits or winnings from cash stakes
  2. Pending winnings – from play with your bonus
  3. Any remaining bonus

Your winnings from wagering with the bonus amount will be attributed to “Pending Winnings”. When you have winnings and play a game on which you can use this bonus, you will wager funds in the following order:

  1. Cash – Real money from any deposits or winnings from cash stakes
  2. Pending winnings – from play with your bonus
  3. Any remaining bonus

All bonuses are for wagering purposes only. The bonus amount can never be withdrawn.

Where can I see my cash/bonus balance?

You can see the breakdown of both cash and bonus balance in the Bingo lobby, displayed in the top left corner on desktop or a tablet device and the top right corner on a mobile device. To see your bonus status just click on the "My Bonuses" tab within the Bingo lobby menu.

Can I claim any other bonuses while this bonus is active on my account?

You are only entitled to one new customer offer at the point in which you create a new account. However, you may make use of any other of our great promotions. But please remember, wagering requirements must be met for each bonus separately, in the order the bonus was claimed.

Bonus Terms

  5. Bingo bonuses (i.e. bingo, side games) must be accepted via a pop-up message in the Bingo Lobby. Bonuses that have been awarded can be viewed in the Bingo Lobby by clicking on the profile in the top right corner then selecting Bonus Center, where you can see amount credited, current balance and any respective pending winnings, remaining wagering, expirations date, and status.
  6. Where a bonus is subject to wagering requirements, both the bonus and any winnings will be wagered in accordance with the order of spend below. Any winnings generated before completion of wagering will be held as Pending Winnings, and will be converted to cash once requirements have been met
  7. The order of spend once winnings are generated whilst a bonus is active is as follows;
    • Casino bonus, Free Spins or Golden Chips:
      • Pending winnings
      • Bonus
      • Cash
    • Bingo bonus (i.e. bingo or side games):
      • Cash
      • Pending winnings
      • Bonus
  8. Wagering requirements must be met for each bonus separately and in the order the bonus was claimed.
  9. If wagering has not been completed by expiry, the entire bonus balance (bonus + pending winnings) shall be removed.
  10. When a Casino or Bingo bonus is active, cash stakes will contribute towards bonus wagering requirements and may fulfil these before bonus funds are used. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any Pending Winnings will be converted to cash, while any remaining bonus balance will remain active until spent, forfeited, or expires All bonuses are for wagering purposes only and the balance cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn.
  11. When Free Spins or Golden Chips are active, any pending winnings generated will remain until all Free Spins have been used and wagering requirements are met. This will apply even where wagering requirements are not applied.
  12. You are entitled to withdraw your real money balance and winnings derived from your real money at any time. However, if the wagering requirements are not completed then players will forfeit the bonus and any pending winnings from the bonus funds.
  13. Any attempt to breach these terms may result in the voiding of any related bonus and winnings, and exclusion from participation in future promotions or receipt of further bonuses
